Abdul Momen, Ambassador of Bangladesh to the United Nations, breaks downs and explains the United Nations Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC) as well as the Second Committee of the UN General Assembly. With increasing numbers of autistic children worldwide, Ambassador Momen explains what Bangladesh is doing to fight the disease.
